By accessing or using Cloud Cost Saver ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Cloud Cost Saver is a monitoring and analytics tool that provides cost visibility for AWS accounts. We provide recommendations and insights to help you understand and optimize your cloud spending.
We do NOT:
- Access your AWS resources or data
- Make changes to your AWS account
- Store your AWS credentials
- Guarantee specific cost savings
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the security of your AWS account
- • Reviewing recommendations before implementing them
- • Compliance with AWS Terms of Service
- • Any costs incurred in your AWS account
- • Testing changes in a non-production environment first
4. AWS Permissions
When you connect your AWS account, we request read-only access to AWS Cost Explorer API. We cannot and will not modify your AWS resources.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- • Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service
- • AWS costs incurred based on our recommendations
- • Data loss or security breaches
- • Service interruptions or errors
- • Accuracy of cost predictions or savings estimates
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: The total amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
6. Recommendations Disclaimer
All recommendations provided by Cloud Cost Saver are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing any changes to your AWS infrastructure. We are not liable for any issues resulting from implementation of recommendations.
7. Billing and Subscriptions
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- • You can cancel at any time
- • No refunds for partial months
- • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
